Endorsements
Andrea Murray has earned the endorsements of three of the state’s most respected leaders: Governor Phil Scott, Lt. Gov. John Rodgers and former Governor Jim Douglas. Their endorsements reflect the overwhelming support for Murray’s commitment to fiscal responsibility, political balance and practical solutions to the unsustainable cost-of-living increases affecting Vermonters throughout Windsor County, Pittsfield and Thetford.
I'm proud to once again endorse Andrea Murray for the Vermont State Senate.
Andrea is a farmer, civic leader, and rural Vermonter who knows how hard it has become for people across our state to make ends meet. Vermont has simply become too expensive.
She will be a strong advocate for affordability, tax relief and responsible state spending, while standing up for Vermont agriculture, working people, and a vibrant local food system.
Most importantly, Andrea and I strongly believe: Vermont works better when there is balance in Montpelier.
We need legislators who will listen to the people, work across party lines, and will pursue legislation that strengthens Vermont for everyone. Andrea is a moderate, independent-minded Vermonter who will bring that balance to the Senate.
If we want a Vermont where our seniors can afford to stay, our farms and businesses can thrive, and our children can afford to build their futures here, we need to change the direction we're heading.
